How long will my child be in braces?

Every case is different, and treatment time depends on what we’re correcting. That said, on average our patients finish treatment about 8 months faster than the national average and in about 6 fewer office visits. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at your first visit, once we’ve seen the full picture.

When should my child first be seen for braces?

The general recommendation is a first orthodontic evaluation around age 7. That does not mean treatment starts then. Often it just means we monitor growth and start at the right time.
