That last point is the one I want to make very clear. DentalMonitoring is not an algorithm making clinical decisions about your child’s treatment. The AI is a screening layer. It surfaces what needs to be reviewed. The clinical decisions are mine.
When I say we’ve built our practice around DentalMonitoring, I mean it in a specific way. Most of our active patients scan weekly from home. I review every scan personally as part of my normal clinical workflow. The AI Layer

Bite and occlusion changes. The system tracks how the bite is evolving as treatment progresses, and flags anything that’s developing differently than expected.
None of this replaces an in-office exam when one is needed. What it does is give me a much more complete and current picture of every patient’s case than the traditional model ever could.
What’s Different From Traditional Orthodontic Care
The most common question I hear is whether DentalMonitoring patients are getting less care than they would on a traditional schedule. The answer is the opposite of that.
A patient on a traditional schedule sees their orthodontist every four to six weeks. That’s a data point every four to six weeks.
